Prices include food (excluding prescription diets).

For any cats requiring a prescription diet owners are asked to provide the food for the duration of their cats stay with us.

Collection and delivery service, up to a 25 Mile radius is available on request (50p per mile).

Vaccinated cats only.

There are no extra charges for heating and lighting.

Owners returning late will be charged for the total duration of the cat(s) stay with us.

Owners returning early will be charged for the total days booked.

All bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice will be liable to a cancellation fee of £20 or 25%, whichever is the greater.

In certain circumstances the charges may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the proprietor. A veterinary certificate may be required.
